PRICING AND QUOTES:
All prices are plus GST. Written quotes are valid for Thirty Days from date on the quote. Verbal quotes are valid for the day given, as some times our memories fail us. Please ask for a written quote if you require one for longer
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Direct Credit and Cash. Sorry we do not accept cheques any longer. Payment is required prior to dispatch of goods. Special buy-in orders and one-off parts may require payment prior to order. Special buy-ins and one-off parts are non-refundable
RETURNS POLICY:
Returns must be Un-Used and in Original Packaging, suitable for resale. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged if packaging is damaged, broken or missing. Used products will not be accepted for credit unless they are found to be faulty. All items returned as faulty will be tested, and if found not to be faulty will not be refunded. Returned freight is the responsibility of the Customer. Mustang Centre is not responsible for labour costs associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting or repair of any product purchased. All returns are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act.
SHEET METAL:
Sheet metal may have scratches, dings, small dents or other imperfections which are considered normal characteristics due to the nature of the product. These minor imperfections are easily corrected during the filling, priming and sanding phases of your sheet metal installation. Mustang Centre does not consider dings, scratches, minor dents or other imperfections on the sheet metal to be defects in the panel nor are they considered damage. All sheet metal panels require preparation and manipulation during installation. There is no such thing as a direct fit body panel when it comes to older vehicles.
FREIGHT:
Our courier suppliers provide an overnight service and for the North Island a cheaper two to four-day service. Both these options may be longer for what is classed as aNon-Urban Delivery Address by them, we have no control over this. Under normal circumstances our delivery dates are as described. For larger bulky and also heavy items our supplier delivery dates are dependant on location. Please ask for an estimated delivery time line for these items. Delayed freight due to Non-Urban Delivery Address’s, Weather Conditions, Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Circumstances are not the responsibility of the Mustang Centre.

While care is taken to provide a photo of parts where available, this is a guide only and may not be an actual photo of the part.
